We are looking for an HVAC Technician to join our team! You will install, service, and repair heating and air conditioning systems.

Responsibilities:

• Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
• Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements
• Perform routine preventative maintenance
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Must have 5+ years experience in HVAC
• Must be able to self manage
• Ability to handle physical workload
• EPA Certified
• Willingness to work flexible hours
• Must have a clean background and valid Fl license
• Must have excellent customer service skills as you will be communicating with homeowners and office staff during installs
• Commitment to performing high quality work
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
