AlohaHP is now hiring dependable and experienced HVAC Technicians to join one of our top clients in Honolulu, Hawai'i. This is a full-time, high-paying opportunity with weekly pay, consistent hours, and long-term stability.

✈️ Out-of-state? No problem - this position offers paid airfare to Hawai'i and housing is provided!

You'll be servicing a variety of commercial and residential systems, including air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating units. Job sites include multi-unit buildings, office spaces, and secured facilities. This is hands-on, rewarding work in a beautiful setting, with a solid team that values professionalism and safety.

???? Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance of HVAC and refrigeration systems

• Install and replace HVAC units and system components

• Conduct preventative maintenance for both residential and commercial equipment

• Use tools and equipment effectively to complete jobs efficiently and safely

• Keep clear service records and communicate with team leads and clients

• Maintain jobsite safety and cleanliness at all times

✅ Requirements:

• 2+ years of HVAC experience (Commercial )

• EPA Certification (Universal or Type II )

• Valid Driver's License with clean driving record

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces

• Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious

• Must pass background check for secured site access
