The Role We are seeking a reliable and experienced HVAC Technician to join our team in a full-time capacity. This is a hands-on role requiring proficiency in both residential and commercial HVAC systems. This position offers consistent work and the support of a stable, local company.

Key Responsibilities

• Service & Repair: Perform routine maintenance and complex diagnostic repairs on residential and light commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
• Installation: Execute new system installations, including furnaces, air conditioning units, heat pumps, and ductwork, ensuring compliance with all local codes.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, and safety control issues efficiently.
• Customer Interaction: Professionally communicate findings, repair options, and maintenance recommendations to clients.
• Documentation: Accurately complete work orders, invoices, and service reports.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of verifiable experience in both HVAC service and installation.
• Licensing: Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Technical Skills: Proficient knowledge of electrical, refrigerant, and air distribution systems.
• Work Ethic: Reliable, highly punctual, and committed to high-quality workmanship.
