We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. You will ensure systems operate efficiently, comply with safety standards, and meet customer satisfaction expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, inspect, and maintain HVAC systems, including furnaces, boilers, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation systems.
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults in HVAC systems.
  • Perform routine maintenance checks and preventive servicing to extend equipment life and improve energy efficiency.
  • Read blueprints, technical diagrams, and manufacturer instructions to ensure proper installation and service.
  • Calibrate thermostats, replace filters, recharge refrigerants, and perform system testing.
  • Respond promptly to emergency service calls and resolve customer issues.
  • Keep accurate records of work performed, parts used, and time spent on service calls.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal safety regulations and industry codes.
  • Provide excellent customer service, explaining work performed and recommendations clearly.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in HVAC .
  • EPA Section 608 certification (required).
  • Proven experience as an HVAC technician or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and air distribution systems.
  • Ability to use tools, diagnostic equipment, and HVAC software.
  • Physical ability to lift heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, and withstand varying weather conditions.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
