HVAC Service Technician Renton/Tukwila/Bellevue Corridor, WA


As an HVAC Service Technician, youll be the trusted expert our customers rely on for top-tier service, transparent options, and fast resolutions. If you bring the skills, well give you the tools, benefits, and support to thrive.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and install residential HVAC systems (furnaces, heat pumps, A/Cs, ductless mini splits)
• Perform preventive maintenance and complete service documentation
• Educate customers on service options, upgrades, and long-term solutions
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, parts inventory, and safety gear
• Represent the company with professionalism and excellent communication

Requirements

• 2+ years experience as an HVAC Technician
• EPA Universal Certification (Required)
• Valid WA drivers license with a clean driving record
• Great communication and sales skills (commissions available)
• Able to lift 50+ lbs., climb ladders, and work in crawl spaces
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
