Position: HVAC Service Technician


Location: Northfield, Minnesota
Employment Type: Full-Time

What Youll Do:

• Diagnose, service, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems with precision and care
  
  
• Perform routine maintenance and safety inspections to ensure optimal system performance
  
  
• Accurately assess HVAC malfunctions and determine appropriate repair solutions
  
  
• Maintain a clean and organized job site and work area
  
  
• Deliver outstanding customer experiences with clear communication, professionalism, and respect
  
  
• Follow all safety protocols on the job and while driving
  
  
• Wear floor savers and treat every customers home with care and cleanliness
  
  
• Keep your company vehicle clean, stocked, and in top condition
  
  

What Were Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  
  
• Proven success as an HVAC Technician (residential/light commercial)
  
  
• Strong technical troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
  
  
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  
  
• NATE certification
  
  
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
  
  
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
