Compensation: $15$18/hr (based on experience) + Overtime + Bonuses

About the Role

Were looking for a motivated HVAC Installer Apprentice to join our growing team! This entry-level position is perfect for someone looking to learn the trade, gain hands-on experience, and build a career in the HVAC industry. Youll work closely with experienced technicians to install and service heating, cooling, and ventilation systems for residential and commercial customers.


What Youll Do:

• Assist senior installers with HVAC system installations, replacements, and repairs
• Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials for job sites
• Measure, cut, and assemble ductwork and piping
• Follow safety protocols and company standards on every job
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Learn to diagnose basic system issues and perform preventative maintenance

Qualifications

• No prior HVAC experience required well train you!
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to work with tools
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying weather conditions
