Key Responsibilities

As an experienced technician, you will be the face of our company in residential, multi-family, and some commercial settings, as well as new construction. Your main duties will include:

• Maintaining, repairing, and installing various HVAC systems across residential and multi-family properties, along with light commercial jobs  ( A/C units, heat pumps, package units, mini splits, etc.).
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting complex mechanical and electrical problems efficiently and accurately.
• Performing routine preventative maintenance and inspections to ensure system longevity and efficiency.
• Communicating effectively and transparently with customers, explaining system performance, repair options, and maintenance requirements.
• Completing all work in accordance with local building codes, safety standards, and manufacturer specifications.
• Maintaining accurate daily logs, records of work performed, and inventory of parts and equipment using Service Fusion.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work vehicle (frequent inspections conducted; smoking in vehicle is PROHIBITED) 

Required Qualifications & Skills

We're looking for dedicated professionals who meet the minimum requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of verifiable, hands-on HVAC field experience.
• Scope: Experience in service, maintenance, and installations across residential and multi-family units, with some commercial experience. 
• Certifications: Valid EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification (Type II minimum).
• License/Driving: Valid Florida Driver's License and a clean driving record.
• Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, mechanical aptitude, and excellent customer service skills and unwavering integrity and honesty.
• Physical Demands: Ability to perform physical demanding tasks, including lifting 50+ lbs., climbing ladders, and working in attics, crawl spaces, and various weather conditions.
• Background: Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
