Northside/Northwest burb commercial real management company looking for full-time heating & air-conditioning technician with 5+ years of experience
Duties:
- Install, maintain, and repair of HVAC systems, including split-systems and RTUs.
- Perform and assist some non-HVAC related building maintenance work.
- FULL-TIME with overtime opportunities available
Requirements:
- Self-starter, honest & hard working with an ability to take direction from others. This is absolutely mandatory!
- Strong mechanical knowledge with expertise in HVAC systems.
- Experience with plumbing, electric and other trades is highly desirable.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Your own work vehicle (company does not provide vehicle)
- EPA card
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
Hourly rate based on experience and skill level.
