Job description: HVAC Technician

The HVAC Technician will have the responsibility of maintaining Chillers, Cooling towers, Pumps, AHU's, package units. Responsible for troubleshooting, inspecting, repairing, and documenting issues with equipment in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

• Must have at least 5 years of HVAC experience with commercial equipment, must have EPA license, and knowledge of tools/equipment used for servicing units.
• Understanding of electrical circuits and the ability to read schematics.
• Must be familiar with computers and smartphones.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Must be able to communicate with local management and staff in professional manner.
• This is a full-time, on-site position. A high level of attendance is required as an essential function of this position.
