What You'll Be Doing:
System diagnostics and troubleshooting, seasonal tune-ups and inspections, refrigerant handling and recharge, filter and component replacements, thermostat installs, air handler and condenser repairs, and full system installs across residential properties in Greater Boston.

You log in, review jobs matched to your certifications and location, and claim what fits. Clients are pre-screened, job details are clear before you arrive, and your payout is logged automatically after ops sign-off.

How Payouts Work:
Specialist-tier hourly rate for certified techs. Materials logged separately and reimbursed. Direct deposit every Friday.

What you'll need

• EPA 608 Certification (required)
• Valid Massachusetts HVAC/Refrigeration License
• Reliable transportation and full tool kit
• Pass background check and license verification
• Complete trade assessment prior to activation
