What you will be doing:

  • Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units in residential and commercial buildings.

  • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure HVAC systems operate efficiently.

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions or breakdowns and provide effective solutions.

  • Read and interpret technical diagrams, and manuals to accurately perform repairs and installations.

  • Educate customers on system operations, maintenance tips, and energy efficiency best practices.

  • Keep accurate records of work performed, including service reports, parts used, and hours worked.

  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, and company policies.

  • Respond promptly to emergency service calls and be available for on-call rotations as needed.

  • Collaborate with other team members and technicians to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction.

  • Provide exceptional customer service by clearly explaining the benefits of HVAC system replacement versus repairs, guiding homeowners through options that best meet their comfort needs. Communicate technical information in a way that is easy to understand, ensuring customers feel informed and confident in their decisions.


What you must have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; HVAC certification or technical degree .

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HVAC technician or related field.

  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including both residential and commercial systems.

  • Ability to read and interpret schematics, and wiring diagrams.

  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

  • Physical ability to perform the job, including lifting heavy equipment and working in confined spaces.

Schedule:

  • Must be available to work nights and weekends, on a rotating basis, to service emergency needs of our customers
