What you will be doing:

Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units in residential and commercial buildings.

Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure HVAC systems operate efficiently.

Diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions or breakdowns and provide effective solutions.

Read and interpret technical diagrams, and manuals to accurately perform repairs and installations.

Educate customers on system operations, maintenance tips, and energy efficiency best practices.

Keep accurate records of work performed, including service reports, parts used, and hours worked.

Ensure compliance with safety standards, and company policies.

Respond promptly to emergency service calls and be available for on-call rotations as needed.

Collaborate with other team members and technicians to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Provide exceptional customer service by clearly explaining the benefits of HVAC system replacement versus repairs, guiding homeowners through options that best meet their comfort needs. Communicate technical information in a way that is easy to understand, ensuring customers feel informed and confident in their decisions.
What you must have:

High school diploma or equivalent required; HVAC certification or technical degree .

Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HVAC technician or related field.

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including both residential and commercial systems.

Ability to read and interpret schematics, and wiring diagrams.

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Physical ability to perform the job, including lifting heavy equipment and working in confined spaces.

Schedule:
- Must be available to work nights and weekends, on a rotating basis, to service emergency needs of our customers
