Your Role:

As an HVAC In-Store Sales Lead Generator, you’ll work inside Home Depot locations, engaging with customers and generating high-quality leads for our HVAC services. Success in this role comes from strong communication, a positive attitude, and a drive to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with in-store customers to generate quality HVAC leads
• Build relationships with Home Depot store teams
• Meet and exceed lead- goals
• Ensure a strong in-store presence and coverage
• Travel to your assigned Home Depot location(s)
• Maintain professionalism and a customer-first approach

Who We’re Looking For:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in retail, sales, or lead
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for customer engagement and a results-driven mindset
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• No HVAC experience required – we’ll train you!
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• Flexible to work the following schedule: Wednesday–Monday or Tuesday–Saturday, 10 AM – 4 PM or 10 AM – 5 PM
