An employee-owned company with over 20 years of experience in the North Carolina market is seekingHVAC Startup Techniciansto join its growing team. The company offers competitive pay, health insurance, a 401(k), and a team-oriented working environment.

You will primarily be responsible for starting up new construction heating and air conditioning systems installed by the construction teams.

• Years of Education Required:High School/GED

• Willingness to Travel:Required

• Specialty:Commercial, Industrial, Institutional

• Work Authorization:Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities:

• Act with integrity at all times

• Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems

• Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements

• Perform routine preventative maintenance

• Respond to emergency maintenance requests

• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in HVAC service required

• Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams

• Ability to handle physical workload

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

• Universal EPA qualification card required

You should be proficient in:

• HVAC

• HVAC Service & Installation
• HVAC Maintenance
• HVAC Troubleshooting

Salary info:

$30 - $40 / hr
