HVAC Specification Sales Manager

Job Description

We are looking to identify a Specification Sales Manager (We are also looking for a BDM) to work on large Commercial projects in the Packaged Plant Room sector. Working on a variety of projects from Data Centres to District Energy Schemes, you will have a good contact network of M&E Consultants & Contractors as well as an excellent technical HVAC ability ( ideally a degree in Engineering is required but sector experience will make you 'qualified by experience).\n\nThe succesful candidates will have the ability to confidently present project solutions to senior Engineering professionals whilst building project specifications and managing them through the tender process.\n\nThis role is far from selling a portfolio of products. This is about identifying the project requirements and the often complex challenges that the project may have and then offering a bespoke, engineered solution that overcomes those challenges.

In essence you will become an integral part of your clients design team and a very valued supplier
