We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Service Technician with an Oklahoma Journeyman License to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a dedication to providing exceptional customer service. This role involves the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure efficient operation and longevity.
Diagnose and repair issues in HVAC systems, including electrical and mechanical components.
Identify problems within HVAC systems using specialized tools and techniques.
Interact with customers to explain issues, repair processes, and maintenance tips.
Maintain detailed records of services performed, parts used, and customer interactions.
Adhere to all safety standards and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
Stay up-to-date with the latest HVAC technologies, tools, and industry best practices through continuous education and training.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Technical training or certification in HVAC .
Proven experience as an HVAC technician or similar role.
Strong understanding of HVAC systems and components.
Proficiency in using HVAC tools and diagnostic equipment.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid HVAC technician certification (e.g., EPA 608) and a valid drivers license.
Ability to lift heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, work in extreme temperatures, and perform physically demanding tasks.
