Shavitz Heating & Air Conditioning – Chicago, IL / North Shore
Pay: $25.00 – $50.00/hour (DOE) + $7.00-16.00/hour Bonuses + Full Benefits
Job Type: Full-Time

What You’ll Be Doing (Primary Job Function):
You’ll perform service and maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems, delivering top-tier customer service and quality workmanship according to company standards.

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Some overtime may be required

• Rotating on-call schedule

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid driver’s license with an insurable record

• Must pass a background check and drug screening

  • Note: A positive marijuana result will not disqualify candidates, in accordance with Illinois law

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• 3+ years of HVAC service experience

• Certificate of completion from HVAC technical school

• EPA Universal Certification

Nice-to-Haves (But Not Deal-Breakers):

• Military experience

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Professional demeanor and team mindset

Work Location:
On the road, servicing clients across Chicago and the North Shore.
