Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Perform preventive maintenance and system inspections
• Provide expert recommendations and professional customer communication
• Maintain detailed service records and follow all safety guidelines
• Complete jobs on time, independently or in a team

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on HVAC service experience
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• EPA Certification (or ability to obtain within 12 months)
• Clear communicator with strong customer service skills
• Reliable, professional, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
