What You’ll Do:
 

• Diagnose and troubleshoot residential and commercial HVAC systems
   
• Recommend and implement effective repair and maintenance solutions
   
• Communicate clearly with customers about issues, repairs, and preventative care
   
• Collaborate with the Service Manager and team members to ensure quality service
   
• Use company-provided software, tablet, and smartphone to manage job details and documentation
   
• Follow all safety procedures and tag equipment out of service when needed
   
• Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle in excellent condition
   
• Complete accurate digital time and materials reports, including before/after documentation
   

What You Bring:
 

• 3+ years of HVAC service experience (residential and/or commercial)
   
• EPA certification
   
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
   
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
   
• Commitment to safety and high-quality workmanship
   
• Proficiency with tablets, mobile apps, and other job site technology
