Not only to fix the problem, but also to provide the best customer service possible.

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. Hardworking, experienced HVAC professionals willing to provide superior customer service above anything else.

Responsibilities

• Service and maintain residential furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioning units, mini-split systems, tankless water heaters, and commercial rooftop equipment.
• Conduct routine inspections and troubleshooting of HVAC equipment to identify issues.
• Utilize tools such as ohmmeters and other diagnostic equipment to assess system performance.
• Provide excellent customer service while interacting with clients on-site.
• Collaborate with team members to design and build efficient HVAC solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used during service calls.
• Drive company vehicles to various job sites as needed. Also maintain company vehicle.Address warranty claims from our residential new construction department.
• Report any problems with company tools or vehicles promptly.
• Load and unload equipment and supplies from trucks.
• Participate and attend employee meetings.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience as a Service Technician.
• Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role in the field service industry.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex HVAC systems.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for van driving responsibilities.
• 06A Low Volt Electrical License.
• EPA Universal Certification.
• Can work in situations requiring heights and tight working conditions from ladders or crawl space duties.
• Capable of following all Safety Guidelines.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to stay updated on industry trends and advancements in HVAC technology.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
