Busy Novi Company looking to add another HVAC install crew.

Requirements include:

• knowledge of proper installation of new residential and Commercial HVAC systems
• Clean Driving record
• clean background check
• able to lift 50 pounds without issue and able to climb ladders
• basic knowledge and/or understanding and schooling in the principles of heating, cooling and electrical
• 3 years of experience
• Open to apprentice level as well (pay will vary depending on the years of experience)
• Medical, Dental, vision, short term and 401-k with company match,and more.
