Pay:
$27 - $38 per hour - depends on experience

Hours:
- 7:30AM to 5:00PM Monday through Thursday
- 7:30AM to 3:00PM Friday
- Overtime
- After hours On call rotation
Skills // Requirements // Qualifications // Duties:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with HVAC equipment
- Repair or replace defective equipment, components, or wiring on HVAC equipment
- Carry out preventative maintenance tasks and inspections on HVAC equipment
- Provide preventative care and repairs for HVAC systems
- Repair and maintain HVAC systems and their components, as well as troubleshoot electrical systems and write schematics for their work locations
- Must be proactive in ensuring that preventative maintenance of all equipment is done promptly to help prevent future problems with equipment
- Must also look for inefficiencies in systems to find the source of any current or possible malfunctions
- Dismantle equipment as necessary when needed to troubleshoot the system or ensure that the equipment is properly maintained.
- Responsible for documenting the work they complete
- Assist with the install of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently and accurately
- Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, crawling or climbing ladders
- Work in settings with extreme cold or extreme heat, depending on time of year
- Tools provided
- Four years of related experience
- Must be able to lift as much as 50 pounds of equipment at any given time
- Valid Driver's License
- Must be able to effectively communicate with the general public
- Must have the ability to work directly with customers, other technicians and managers
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- NATE/EPA certified
- EPA Universal Refrigeration License
- Need to have relevant education and/or experience related to the systems with which they work
- Must be familiar with all tools used to maintain and repair equipment
