Compensation:

• Top Pay Based on Experience

• $80k plus for pay including pay, bonuses and commissions 

• Hourly Pay

• Overtime

• Vacation Pay

• 5% and up Commissions

Job Description:

We’re hiring a skilled HVAC Service Technician for our team in Louisville, KY. This role is ideal for a dependable professional with  experience working on residential and light commercial systems who is ready to grow with a company that values quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

You’ll be handling service calls, diagnosing issues, and providing repair and maintenance solutions for customers throughout the area.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems (residential & light commercial)
• Perform system inspections, tune-ups, and preventive maintenance
• Communicate clearly with customers about system conditions and solutions
• Maintain compliance with local codes, safety standards, and company guidelines
• Document work completed and maintain accurate service records

Requirements:

• 5+ years ( preferably 10) of hands-on HVAC service tech experience
• Valid Kentucky HVAC Journeyman License
• EPA Certification (Type II or Universal)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
