Pay:

25-30/Hourly

Duties:

• Performs preventative maintenance on all types of HVAC equipment
• Inspects and repairs all types of HVAC equipment in the work area
• Performs routine repairs on HVAC systems (exhaust fans, refrigerators, etc.)
• Cleans and maintains all work areas and equipment regularly (e.g., vacuum cleaners, trash cans, mops, etc.)
• Performs other duties as assigned (e.g., painting, cleaning, etc.)
• Install, repair, and maintain air conditioning and heating systems
• Provide field service for HVAC systems
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC equipment
