Here is some of what you'll be doing:

• Respond to residential house calls to service HVAC systems
• Perform routine inspections and repairs of HVAC systems.
• Keep the customer informed of what you are doing when you are doing it, and why it needs to be done
• Maintain the required equipment and inventory in the truck for maximum efficiency
• Have the opportunity to sale equipment, NO SALES CONSULTANTS!

Here is what we require:

1. Clean Driving Record
2. Drug Free
3. Reliable Transportation (Take home vehicle will be available after probation period is over)
4. At least 1 year experience in residential and light commercial jobs
5. EPA Certified
6. Someone who is able to completely diagnose unit and fix equipment on their own and has the ability to give customers honest options to either repair or replace
7. Can work overtime and weekends when needed (May through September normally)
8. Problem Solver
9. Motivated with a can do attitude
10. EXPERIENCE IS A MUST!
