We provide heating, cooling, and indoor air quality solutions to our customers with installation, repair, and maintenance in Ozark and the surrounding area.

We are currently looking for an HVAC Service Technician to join our team, someone with a passion for serving customers and great communication skills to educate customers on products and services. Job Title: HVAC Service Technician

Work Hours: Monday thru Friday, 40 hours per week with occasional overtime

Pay Rate: $20-$40/hr., depending on experience + Spiffs

Position Summary: To provide service and maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards providing the customer with a high-quality experience.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• 1+ years of HVAC Service experience or equivalent HVAC experience and education
• EPA Universal Certification
• Experienced at troubleshooting, repairing, and performing maintenance for a wide range of residential equipment
• Experience making repair and replacement decisions
• Ability to consult on customer complaints and give solutions that are beneficial for the customer
• Excellent customer service skills
• Willingness to attend training classes and seminars
• Completion of HVAC training -
