Gillmann Services is hiring HVAC Service Technicians in Cinciinat, OH.

Duties

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, and refrigeration equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC/R issues to ensure optimal performance of systems.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment.
• Perform equipment repairs and property maintenance tasks as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all work performed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role in the field of HVAC/R.
• Strong mechanical skills with the ability to weld and perform appliance repairs.
• Knowledge of air conditioning systems, boilers, and general property maintenance practices.
• Ability to work independently while also being a team player when necessary.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in all tasks performed.
• Strong communication skills to interact with clients professionally.
