Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused HVAC Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, installing, and maintaining residential and/or commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Our ideal candidate is technically proficient, safety-conscious, and committed to delivering high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, and ductwork.

• Perform routine preventative maintenance.

• Communicate findings and service recommendations to customers in a clear and professional manner.

• Maintain accurate service records and complete required documentation.

• Ensure compliance with company standards, safety protocols, and industry regulations.

• Maintain company vehicle and tools in good condition.

• Be available for occasional after-hours or weekend emergency service calls (as needed)

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Completion of HVAC training program or apprenticeship.

• Valid EPA Section 608 Certification.

• Minimum 5 years of HVAC service experience. 

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environmental conditions.
