HVAC Service Technician
ENERGY SERVICES OF COLORADO
OBJECTIVE: To provide ESCO with the skills and efforts of a journeyman mechanic completing work assigned in a quality workmanlike manner.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Checking in daily
- Completion and review of work orders assigned
- On call responsibility
- Overtime work will be required based on company needs
- Completion of paperwork
- Customer communication regarding specific work orders
- Attendance at meetings when required
- Performing work in a workmanlike manner
- Condition of vehicle
- Disposition of company tools and equipment
COMPENSATION:
- Service vehicle provided (valid driver’s license and insurability are assumed)
- Health Insurance (Employee Pays 20% of employee’s costs. Family and dependent costs are borne by the employee entirely.)
- 401K fund for personal contributions. ESCO matches up to 4% of Salary.
- Two weeks paid vacation per year to be used within the year they are accrued (rate of accrual is 1 day per month up to 10 months, two weeks paid). After 5 years, an additional day per year is accrued up to 15 days per year.
- Seven holidays per year; New Years Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, the day after Thanksgiving and Christmas.

- Company provided Dental Plan for employee. Family paid for by employee.
