What You’ll Do:

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems - we service a wide range of equipment, primarily unitary and VRV/VRF systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks to ensure system reliability and energy efficiency.
• Test, calibrate, and adjust HVAC systems for optimal performance.
• Provide clear, professional communication with customers to explain work performed and recommend solutions.
• Maintain detailed service records and complete all required documentation promptly.
• Stay informed on industry advancements and regulations to deliver top-notch service.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven Experience: A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with HVAC systems, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs.
• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues efficiently.
• Professionalism: A positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to customer service.
