Overview:

What You’ll Do: Perform routine apartment maintenance, including drywall repair, carpentry, appliance repair, and more Plan and execute apartment turnovers, including scheduling and coordinating with vendors Maintain HVAC systems (certification ) Assist with general property upkeep to ensure a clean, safe, and attractive environment Collaborate with property management, leasing, and fellow maintenance team members to meet property goals Adapt to a variety of tasks—no two days in property management are the same

Skills and Experience:

What We’re Looking For: Technical maintenance experience (apartment or similar industry ) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A strong commitment to customer service HVAC certification required
