DELVE DEEPER INTO THIS HVAC Service Technician POSITION

In this role, you start your day by heading out to homes where you diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems. You perform routine preventative maintenance to keep everything running smoothly, troubleshoot issues on the spot, and deliver effective solutions quickly. As you work, you clearly communicate with homeowners about the service performed, system condition, and any recommendations they need to know. Throughout the day, you stay on top of safety protocols, follow local codes, and keep accurate service records, ensuring every job is done right the first time.

You work a steady Monday–Friday schedule from 8 AM to 5 PM, with opportunities for overtime, on-call shifts (including weekends), and weekend service hours as needed.
