GRIPS Inc. is seeking a highly skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team in West Michigan. If you're a problem-solver with strong diagnostic skills and experience working on commercial and industrial HVAC systems, we want to hear from you.

• Diagnose and repair rooftop units, chillers, boilers, heat pumps, VAV systems, and control components

• Perform preventive maintenance and service calls at commercial and industrial sites

• Communicate clearly with customers and internal staff

• Complete work orders, service reports, and recommendations with accuracy

• Ensure all work is performed to code and safety standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of HVAC service experience (commercial, industrial, or residential)

• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and diagnostic equipment

• Valid driver’s license with a clean record

• Ability to work independently and solve problems efficiently

• Must be reliable, trustworthy, and have a strong work ethic
