What You’ll Be Doing:

• Diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC systems
• Generating sales leads and driving sales of HVAC accessories
• Preparing accurate repair estimates
• Educating customers about HVAC products and services
• Performing routine system maintenance
• Training and mentoring junior team members
• Communicating clearly with clients and customers
• Adhering to local HVAC codes and standards
• Completing various tasks assigned by management as needed

Requirements:

• Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening and background check
• Ability to lift 50 to 100 lbs, work in confined spaces, perform outdoor tasks, and climb ladders regularly
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record (recent DMV Safe Driving Record required)
• Candidates will be considered based on their education, experience, and skills
