Our Rhinelander, WI team is looking for dependable people to maintain our clients' heating and air conditioning systems while learning more and advancing within the industry.

Our ideal HVAC Service Technician is professional and communicative. Construction, automotive, or heating and air conditioning experience would be . A high school degree or equivalent would also be a bonus.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

Our HVAC Service Technicians normally work Monday to Friday from 7 am to 4 pm, with shifts usually exceeding 8 hours. You respond to calls within a 90-minute radius of Rhinelander.

You visit residential, light commercial, and new construction sites to skillfully install, repair, and maintain all kinds of heating and air conditioning systems. No two jobs are the same as you inspect, troubleshoot, and service boilers, heat pumps, mini-splits, forced air furnaces, and more. You also create and install ductwork as needed. Every day is an opportunity to learn more and develop new skills.
