Pay: $30 - $50.00HR plus incentives
SIGN ON BONUS UP TO $5,000.00

Full-time, year-round work EFFECTIVE JAN 2026 - NO ON-CALL
Technicians are dispatched from home

*Annual Earning potential $100K+ based on performance

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, service, and repair residential HVAC systems with the support of full training, professional tools, and a strong leadership network.

Qualifications

What You Need:

• 3 years of residential HVAC experience
• EPA certification (or ability to obtain)
• Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
• Must pass background and drug screening
• Ability to enter attics, crawlspaces, and lifting heavy equipment
