• Pay rate up to $40 +/hr (union scale OR MORE based on experience)

Responsibilities:

• Provide quality Commercial and Industrial HVAC/R service and maintenance to clients.
• Customer service connecting with commercial clients to take care of their heating & cooling needs.
• Ability to lead and collaborate with building owners, contractors, engineers, and others to resolve issues. Coordinate with the technical team and share information across the organization. & multiple projects building positive relationships with clients and coworkers
• High-level ability to PM, and troubleshoot valves, motors, controls, switches, gauges, wiring, fans, pumps, compressors, heat exchangers, condensers, coils, piping, and other functional components of the systems.
• Proficiency with splits, packaged units, and water source heat pumps up to 20 tons.
• More seasoned Techs RTU’s up to 100 Tons.
• Experience with RTUs, Constant Volume, Controls, VAV, VFD, VRF Chillers (air & water cooled up to 300 tons scroll, screw, and centrifugal (preferred but not required).

Requirements:

• 5 + years of HVAC/R or HVAC Tech commercial HVAC technician
• Required Universal EPA, HVAC Degree or Certification
• Understanding of OSHA requirements
• Ability to troubleshoot, test & service and repair HVAC equipment
• Will need to be in OR willing to join one of the local unions (435 or 539)
• Move and lift up to 50 lbs
• Good Driving record
