Compensation: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour; plus incentives, with potential to earn over $100,000+ annually PLUS $3000 Sign on bonus for Journeyman Licensed HVAC Techs

Responsibilities:

Your Role as a Residential HVAC Technician

As a Residential HVAC Service Technician, you will:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems
• Deliver exceptional HVAC service and customer satisfaction
• Work with professional tools and a supportive leadership team

This is a full-time, year round HVAC Service position with consistent work and high earning potential.

Qualifications:

What You Need:

• 2+ years of residential HVAC experience
• EPA certification 
• Journeyman License
• Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Comfortable working in attics, crawlspaces, and lifting heavy equipment
