We’re currently hiring an experienced residential HVAC Tech to take on clean, well-paid install and service work. You’ll get a fully stocked truck, full benefits, and monthly revenue share on every maintenance plan you start.

Pay & Perks

• $35–$45/hr (DOE + certs)
• Revenue share on all maintenance plans

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose, service, and install residential HVAC systems
• Follow code, stay clean, and keep clients informed
• Document work clearly (we use digital tools)
• Protect the Breezy standard — detail, respect, and reliability

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years residential HVAC experience
• EPA cert required, NATE
• Valid license + clean driving record
• Pride in the work. No corner cutting.
• Someone who wants a career, not just hours
