NW Suburban Commercial HVAC Contractor is seeking an experienced Service Manager to replace incumbent who is retiring after 40 years of service.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a team of union technicians, ensuring high standards and client satisfaction.
• Oversee daily dispatching, scheduling and workflow.
• Manage inventory, order parts and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Prepare cost estimates for maintenance agreements and replacement work.
• Receive phone and email requests for service.
• Help us grow this department!

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years experience in the HVAC industry, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• General technical knowledge of commercial HVAC systems.
• Excellent organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in using HVAC software for scheduling and operations.
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
