The Big Task
As our HVAC Service Manager, you’ll oversee and develop a team of Maintenance Technicians. Your role will focus on leadership, accountability, and results — ensuring the right people are on the team, that they’re trained to perform at the highest level, and that customer satisfaction remains outstanding.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, hire, and retain high-quality Maintenance Technicians.
- Lead daily operations for the maintenance team, including scheduling, performance, and productivity.
- Train, coach, and hold technicians accountable to company standards.
- Partner with dispatch to maximize efficiency and ensure the right techs are on the right jobs.
- Set team goals, track KPIs, and ensure business objectives are consistently met.
- Foster a culture of professionalism, safety, and 5-star customer service.
- Be the leader who sets the tone, inspires growth, and drives results.
What You Bring
- Minimum 5 years of HVAC industry experience, with at least 2+ years in a leadership/management role.
- Proven success managing technicians and delivering business results.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and accountability skills.
- Ability to inspire both personal and professional growth in your team.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and operational software. Service Titan experience .
- A customer-first mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
