HVAC Service Dispatcher

What We Offer

• $23 - $25 per hour, depending on experience

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 7 am - 4 pm, occasional overtime may be required

What You'll Do

• Manage daily schedules for service technicians, dispatching as calls are completed.
• Coordinate return visits when parts arrive and maintain the on-call schedule.
• Keep the customer database updated with accurate information.
• Communicate clearly with managers, employees, and customers, keeping everyone informed on schedules and timelines.
• Provide accounting with maintenance contract billing details.
• Prepare service invoices and technician timecards for processing.

Required Qualifications:

• At least a year of dispatching experience in the service industry
• Advanced customer service skills with a professional phone manner
• Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment
• Intermediate computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
• High school diploma or GED
• Geographical knowledge of the service area or the ability to read maps
• HVAC industry knowledge and terminology is a plus
• HVAC dispatching experience is a plus
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills
• Energetic, positive, and solutions-oriented personality
