Now Hiring: HVAC Service Dispatcher

Houston, TX | Full-Time | $18–$28/hr DOE

We’re looking for an experienced HVAC Service Dispatcher to join our team. This role keeps our field operations running smoothly — scheduling technicians, handling customer calls, and organizing daily service workflows

What You’ll Do:

• Answer incoming service calls and enter details in dispatch software
• Schedule technicians based on location, urgency, and availability
• Keep the dispatch board accurate and up to date
• Coordinate third-party services (cranes, subs) as needed
• Communicate with customers and techs to track job status
• Maintain accurate service records using Microsoft Word and Excel

What You Bring:

• 2+ years’ experience in dispatching or customer service (HVAC )
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to work on-site and stay calm under
