Neighbors Heating and Cooling is looking for a motivated, hands-on individual to join our team as an HVAC Apprentice. This is a paid, full-time, entry-level position designed to teach you the trade from the ground up while you perform meaningful work in the field.

You'll receive hands-on training while working side-by-side with an experienced technician. Your first 30 days will serve as a probationary/training period to help you get familiar with the work, the team, and determine if the role is the right fit for both of us.

What You'll Do:

As an HVAC Apprentice, you will:

• Clean and service HVAC units as part of our planned maintenance program.

• Service units in a variety of conditions-attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and in all types of weather.

• Keep accurate notes, complete basic paperwork, and maintain cleanliness of tools and vehicles.

• Interact respectfully with customers and team members.

• Follow directions and ask questions as you learn-the only requirement is a willingness to work and grow.

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Some mechanical aptitude or trade-related experience (minimum 6 months of any hands-on work experience a plus).

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces or outdoor conditions.

• Must have a valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.

• Punctual, dependable, and eager to learn.

• Starting at $20+/hour (DOE)
