HVAC Senior Service Technician
Location: Atlanta, GA
Starting at $40.00+/hr – Based on Experience
Full-Time | Travel as Needed | Overtime Eligible

We’re seeking a highly experienced HVAC Senior Service Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for servicing and maintaining commercial and industrial HVAC systems, including chillers, RTUs, WSHPs, boilers, cooling towers, and more. This is a field-based position with some travel required based on project needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC equipment including air-cooled chillers, split systems, RTUs, WSHPs, and cooling towers

• Perform preventive maintenance and respond to emergency calls as needed

• Utilize electrical/mechanical tools to troubleshoot issues

• Lead or mentor junior technicians on-site

• Complete job documentation using a mobile device

• Adhere to all safety protocols and site procedures

Requirements:

• 10+ years of commercial/industrial HVAC service experience

• Strong knowledge of air handlers, chilled water systems, and boiler systems

• EPA Universal Certification (Required)

• OSHA 10 Certification (Company-provided if needed)

• Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and MVR

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor in various conditions

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

• Strong customer service and communication skills
