Job DescriptionJob DescriptionHVAC Sales Representative – Full CommissionPosition OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and results-driven HVAC Sales Representative to join our team on a full commission basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning products and services. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on independence, has strong people skills, and enjoys being rewarded directly for performance.Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate leads through cold calls, referrals, networking, canvassing, and digital outreach.
- Conduct in-home or on-site consultations with customers to assess HVAC needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Present and explain HVAC systems and service options clearly and professionally to homeowners or commercial clients.
- Prepare and deliver accurate estimates, proposals, and contracts in line with company pricing and standards.
- Follow up on open quotes and leads to close sales efficiently and meet or exceed monthly targets.
- Coordinate with installation and service teams to ensure seamless customer experience from sale to completion.
- Maintain CRM records and pipeline reports for leads, quotes, and closed sales.
- Stay current with HVAC industry trends, rebates, and financing options to effectively communicate value to customers.
- Provide post-sale follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and generate referrals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in HVAC sales, home improvement sales, or commission-based sales (minimum 1–2 years ).
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, comfort solutions, and financing options.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and closing skills.
- Ability to build trust and rapport quickly with diverse customers.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and competitive mindset.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Comfortable using CRM systems, tablets, and mobile estimating tools.
