HVAC Sales Representative

Cummings Plumbing Heating and Cooling is seeking an experienced and motivated HVAC Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on sales leads
• Conduct in-home consultations and present solutions
• Prepare estimates and close sales
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the HVAC industry
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Professional, customer-focused approach
• EPA Certification (required)
• Valid Arizona driver's license
