We’re seeking a motivated and personable HVAC Sales Associate to join our growing team. This is a fully remote position with in-state travel typically within a 2-hour radius from your home office. Occasional travel to Orlando and Jacksonville may be required for customer HQ visits.
In this role, you’ll represent top-tier HVAC manufacturers, build relationships with distributors, contractors, and engineers, and help drive product awareness and sales throughout your territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with HVAC wholesalers, contractors, mechanical engineers, and builders.
- Conduct in-person branch visits, trainings, and product demos across your territory.
- Represent a strong lineup of HVAC product lines and solutions.
- Deliver excellent customer service and technical product knowledge.
- Maintain an organized pipeline of accounts and follow up consistently.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and support.
Ideal Candidate
- 2+ years of experience in HVAC sales, technical support, or related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-starter who thrives in a remote work environment.
- Comfortable with regular travel (most within 3 hours of home).
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) .
- Familiarity with Florida HVAC markets is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
