Commercial HVAC Retrofit Techs Needed – $25–45/hr | Pflugerville, TX

We’re hiring experienced Commercial HVAC Retrofit Installers in the Pflugerville area! This is a full-time opportunity with 40+ hours/week, steady work, and top pay based on experience.

Pay: $25–45/hr
Location: Pflugerville, TX
⏰ Hours: Full-time, 40+ hrs/week

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in commercial retrofit or HVAC service

• Strong understanding of ductwork, equipment changeouts, and retrofitting systems in existing buildings

• Able to read and follow blueprints and job specs

• Safety-conscious, dependable, and ready to work

Duties Include:

• Retrofit installation of HVAC systems in commercial buildings

• Replacing old systems with minimal disruption to the site

• Working on rooftops, mechanical rooms, and occupied spaces

• Collaborating with team members to complete jobs on time
