Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Residential Service Technician who meets the expectations of a Service Technician Apprentice and is eager to advance in skill and responsibility. The ideal candidate will provide our customers with comfort and peace of mind through technical excellence and strong customer service skills. This position involves mentorship and consistent performance, positioning the individual for progression to a Master Service Technician role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform service agreement calls and training for technicians.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure proper condition and inventory of tools, equipment, and parts.
- Keep company vehicle clean and adhere to professional appearance standards.
- Use flat rate pricing and sell residential service agreements.
- Generate leads and provide support in extreme weather conditions.
- Support installation teams and complete assigned tasks for the day.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Valid NC/SC Driver's License.
- EPA Type 1 and 2 certifications.
- NATE certification.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to read and write in English.
- Successful completion of a drug screen.
- Clean driving record.
- Minimum Continuing Education.
- Callbacks must remain at or below 5%.
- Call Completion Rate must remain at or above 95%.
